Master semester projects: 2007-2008 ==== Scheduling and Information Theory for Multiuser Channels ==== \\ **Description:**\\ \\ In multiuser communication systems, the problem of allocating resources (such as rate or power) between bursty users, has shown to be essential in the characterization of the optimal values for quality-of-service measures like packet throughput and delay. \\ \\ **Objective:** In this semester project, we propose the study of optimal scheduling policies in the context of multiaccess channels and broadcast channels, or/and the implementation of some good policies and the comparison with other heuristic policies. \\ \\ **Prerequisites:** \\ **References:** [1] E.Yeh and A.
